Pros

Great pay attracts great talent, and you'll get to solve problems alongside some brilliant engineers and technicians Well equipped, with some seriously impressive lab and prototyping capabilities across different sites.

Cons

10 days starting PTO is nothing to write home about. Legacy products are plagued with issues, missing or insufficient documentation, lack of support from their production sites, etc. Toxic positivity and total lack of communication from management. They'll smile and point to minor tailwinds, and then surprise everyone with headcount reductions. Employees are never notified of regular staff changes, only sent useless email updates regarding frequent leadership changes. VG leadership doesn't seem to know what it's doing or how to compete in their market. They push for massive cost margins and dedicate thousands of hours in engineering resources to pursue extremely high risk projects, and blame market downturns when business is lost, pursuits don't materialize, and layoffs are needed.
