      Pros

      Has Good Base being 100 Year old history. Diversified Business. Values.

      Cons

      Company speaks lot on Ethics- But paid penalty in Billion Dollars for adopting Unethical Means couple of years back- Double Standards Too much conservative leadership. Shared Service Centers are Slaughter Houses where employees are butchered - Especially Pune. - Kharadi Integration : Cooper Integration was good idea, but company still paying heavy price for the same. You should only eat what you can digest. HR Role - HR people- specially in Shared Service centers need to have own thought process. They cant be Management Puppets. - Toothless.

      Pros

      Consistent hours, paid time off, over-time comes often. The work environment is ac controlled and safe to work in.

      Cons

      The are language barriers between workers and some management team members, asking questions becomes increasingly difficult with the language barriers. No actual training program for most jobs, we learn on the job and there is no protocol that is followed to ensure you learn everything correctly.

      - Competitive salary with other organization - Great work life balance ( Work from Home ) - Will provide Telephone set price ( 14000/- Cash ) if you are in support - In house project and support ( Internal Customer ) - Very less politics as higher management from US. - Easily Accessible to management and HR - One of the best Ethical company - Good budget for professional training - Appraisal ( 6- 10 % )

      Cons

      - Very less onsite opportunity for IT professional as this is a power management company for Hydraulics , electrical and vehicle. Thus this could not be a Cons for the organization.
