Co-workers have had yelling matches, elderly co-works are allowed to yell in others’ faces with zero repercussions. When a co-worker made some inappropriate comments management told me the co-worker was just trying to make friends, even after multiple complaints from multiple employees. HR that is available to you is not on site. HR that is on site is only for the factory workers. Inconsistent polices & policy changes with little to sometimes no communication. Lots of conflict between co-workers and between management.
