      Pros

      Eaton's policies and management are such that micro-management doesn't happen and employees are empowered to make their own decisions. Work-life balance is excellent and ingrained in the company culture. All employees are expected to behave ethically, top to bottom.

      Cons

      As a large corporation, changes can take a long time to be implemented, even at the team/department level. All feedback is evaluated and elevated, but can get lost in the mix.

      Pros

      Eaton is a forward thinking company with many electrical products and services providing environmentally friendly solutions. Eaton's involvement in developing an electric vehicle charging product lines is one example of how the company is focused on the environment and the reduction of Green House Gases. Eaton also provided a comprehensive

      Cons

      There was no management involvement in the training, development and explanation of job specifications, of new employees. The lack of top down communication places new and tenured employees at a disadvantage and often results in employees having no direction and no development.

      Cons

      Eaton run a very lean (sometimes too lean!!) operation, it's an organisation that offers immense opportunity, long hours are the norm if you want to exceed expectations and targets!!
