Pros

Company is constantly making changes. Everyone looks busy.

Cons

Management listens to the suggestions and complaints, but quickly dismisses them. Improvements go as a flavor of the week. This company desperately needs to change, but doesn't understand a thing about change management. Can you eat an elephant in one bite? Management talks so much that they should be able to.

Pros

Pay and benefits are nice. No time clocks, no set break times which unfortunately I seen employees abuse on a regular basis. Much of leadership usually leaves you alone because many don't really want to do anything accept take orders from management. There were a few good ones, some not.

Cons

Toxic environment caused by over worked apathetic workforce, leadership indifference related to under achievers, using ambitious team members to accommodate those under achievers and their own lethargy in leadership. This also leads teams to not meet goals and create excessive and unnecessary overtime. Soon corporate will see this and decide to cut costs and move the plant to a place with less expensive labor, and to a locale closer to customers. I seen it happen with two places I worked already.
