      Pros

      Ethics orientation - leaders are always held accountable to do the right thing, growth in attractive markets, competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Eaton is growing ever larger and more complex, will the systems & processes they've developed be robust enough now that they are a much larger company? Also questions about upcoming senior leadership turnover.

      Not what it used it used to be. Very poor management and leadership. High staff turnover. Avoid.

      Pros

      Reliable and respected products within various industries.

      Cons

      Management with little or no experience of the products they're responsible for. Poor bonus structure that makes no sense. No potential for career progression. No sales support. Very few internal people with the responsibility to make strategic decisions. Management unable to make strategic decisions. No forward thinking - The UK does not even commit to social media marketing. Living in the past! (see above) Out dated sales planning. Customers still use 10 year old business plans and trading conditions.
