Highly ethical company with great work environment and excellent facilities. Truly global company with progressive outlook.

Cons

Being a very big organization it is easy for anyone to get lost so more focus on new hire settling down comfortably is quite important. Some people in management ladder use their position to show their superiority.

Pros

Denver location is Eaton's (Cooper Lighting's) architectural brands head quarters. Most employees are great people and the office is state of the art - open office design, 99% LED, low watts per square foot, architecturally designed and finished nicely.

Cons

Management has been challenging and communications were non-existent to uncertain at best. Too much passive-aggressive behavior and lack of leadership.
