      Large, expanding company with opportunities

      Pros

      Lots of great people, the company is looking at future growth, and there are plenty of opportunities, especially with the recent acquisition of Cooper.

      Cons

      There are a lot of rural locations that make it more difficult to recruit talent. Innovation is often stifled by looking at shorter term analyses over the long term. Systems are outdated and the onboarding process is a "learn on the job" mentality with little to no training.

      Pros

      Really really good relocation package - and they like to move people around every 2-3 years, so you are always getting to try something new - never get bored. Lot of opportunities to move up if you are willing to relocate. Good educational assistance program.

      Cons

      In any kind of manufacturing environment, expect to work a lot of extra hours and weekends. Salaried employees do not get overtime but are expected to work 50 hours a week minimum, often between 60-70hrs.
