      Pros

      Great work environment, at least where I worked. Everyone helps each other and keeps it a very balanced environment

      Cons

      Not many. I worked as a contractor and my only "complaint" would be that the policy towards contractors should be made more "human." Contractors work hard and I think there should be more recognition of that.

      Too much dominance by Regional HQ and WHQ and weak Indian Leadership

      Culture and Enviornment overall is fairly good- esp at lower levels

      Cons

      Preceived notion of it being an ethical Company is a farce. The Company promises no retaliatory action on Complaints- but does just the opposite. Be careful while lodging a Complaint. You can lose your job.
