Cons
The yearly employee review structure needs to change to a more practical and realistic approach. Procedures are one thing however they should not become a hindrance for employees to be properly and fairly evaluated. Too many mid level managers who cause high achieving employees to stay at a level that does not support growth and benefit the company as a whole.
