Work is flexible and compelety depends on your manager. Pay is good compared to industry. You can take this as a con as well. Lack of good work and good pay will end you up good for nothing.

Cons

Indian services mentality,Managers rule,No vision,Politics to the core,Only metric is adding employees. No career advancement. Lacks leadership at all levels.Lacks pedigree.

Pay, Benefits, Safety First culture but one little mistake and someone is getting fired.

Cons

Want cheaper labor and won't care that the quality of the product will suffer. This will lead to lots of customers going to competitors

Pros

Working environment was good, Hard driving and focused on success. Pretty much let our group do what we needed to do to attempt to succeed. Eaton is trying hard to do the right thing.

Cons

Corporate bureaucracy is a challenge. Very risk averse making many of the projects that our team was brought on to do no longer possible. Short time line to prove successful.
