Business Outlook
Pros
Decent pay and excellent benefits since Eaton took over. Location is good as it's not in the heart of the city.
Cons
Way overworked, not appreciated, internal processes are highly lacking, very micro managed, departments lie to each other instead of working together as a team to accomplish customer satisfaction. Lots of post sales issues that dominate daily time of getting new orders and quotes in. Systems that don't speak well to each other. Upper management does not seem to be involved enough so they don't get involved until it's too late. Inventory can not be relied on. There are no allocations done...the system is totally broken.
