Really has some great people to work with - benefits are good for the industry - pay is decent for the area

Cons

Very poor work/life balance - Many people get burned out quickly - It seems like you work all the time - I have seldom even taken all my vacation because it would take me too long to catch up. Managers are abusive , use foul language, and show little to no appreciation for hard work. Many have worked for years with a constant fear of being terminated when layoffs come and have watched many of their co-workers walked out when it should have been the poor performers or upper management. The company is very "top heavy" - There are way to many managers or directors and not enough people to actually do the "work"
