Plenty of job opportunities (domestic and international), competitive salary, GREAT benefits (defined benefits plan and defined contribution plan), wonderful people (for the most part), great culture (again, in most locations)

Cons

While there are plent y of job opportunities, the chances of getting a job you desire is slim...usually if they already have someone in mind do not waste your time in appying. The hiring practices are not fair especially regarding minorities in the organization. It may not be the way that I am stating but you know the saying, "Perception is reality." Undesiable locations for a younger work force who desires to have a life outside of work.
