Where should I start, Management is ineffective they have no clue what they are doing it seems like the blind leading the blind. No one seems to care anymore. HR is horrible and racist, so if you are a person of color don't come here. HR cannot or will not fire people who are causing scrap or other issues. If you are looking for a openly hostile work environment this is the place for you

They require you to have a degree but no social life or time for family they would rather give you a donut once a month than give you a livable wage you’d make more at a gas station no room for growth no opportunity for raises unless you can wait a year for a 5% increase and I’ve never work at plant that have such high goals for productivity but no tools supplies or good working machines to achieve such overall have fun at Eaton
