Pros

Geniunely caring and kind people work here.

Cons

Only 10 days of PTO. You can purchase 5 more but it really stinks. There are also numerous holidays you DON’T get, like MLK day, President’s day, Good Friday, etc. No bonus until manager level. Upper level management is extremely old fashioned and wants everyone in office as much as possible. Even if you work from home, you will have to lie about it when speaking to upper level management because they don’t like it.

Pros

company name on paper is good

Cons

Worst experience, especially in a legal contract team, with no career growth and working with so old technologies and work methods. You can call employees over here as Modern day slaves. When you join they will treat you like family but once you put down the paper they will behave like aliens. In the name of work, they only give standard work. Also, The manager believes in a divide-and-rule policy. Playing politics with employees in the name of team building activity. The best part is he thinks that he is paying the employee's salary from his pocket. In his free time, he opens his numerology class and suggests people and management employees change their names and surname. Judging people based on their sunshine. If the team member puts down paper then he asks other employees not to talk with that person. Even the HR team supports such kind of behavior.

Pros

Home office, cafeteria, work from abroad, private health care generali

Cons

If you are not Hungarian they act like you are a slave, no opportunity to develop your career as foreigner. I was rejected for an internal position due to my little experience with one program but they hired an Hungarian without any experience in that field and application. The salary is really low and they do not increase it no matter what. Yes true there are some foreigners who had the opportunity to develop their careers but 1/10
