      The work life balance is good in Eaton, also the pay. You can see the opportunities to grow clearly.

      Cons

      One problem is that 40% of the time you wont be able to apply for the new opportunities within Eaton because of your current managers ego problems. He will make sure to retain you within his team just to make sure his year end review looks good, Period! and the worst part is it is driven by top management. Also if business is not good they will change your team without even consulting you about your interest.
