Nice workplace. Good lab equipment Some experienced and great colleagues

Cons

Too many incompetence managers who has absolutely no idea what is their job. They were spending most of the time by unproductive discussion about off project related topic, creating meaningless reports and tables and forcing their subordinates to fill them. Never more.

- Locations don't tend to be in the middle of nowhere for the Eaton manufacturing plants - Pay is adequate for the level of engineering experience, but not above average in the salary band

Cons

- The mismanagement at the divisional level at Eaton (central NC) is striking. With corporate policies that are erratically held to lower level enployees, yet let absolutely egregious mistakes by managers go by without reprisals. - Very little team cooperation spirit between any of the employees, local or remote - Politically correct facade to remain HR compliant doesn't translate to then often contradictory narrative given by direct supervisors to salary or hourly employees
