Pros

Flexible working 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off) Bonus (if targets are met - which now Eaton have acquired the site are very unrealistic)

Cons

"Re-negotiated" pensions to reduce contributions to be market average rather than market leading Salary negotiations are not allowed Managers are SMEs but don't manage/develop staff Severely understaffed right now - mainly down to poor pay and word of mouth of working conditions High Stress Expectations of long hour working but don't pay for that. Removed health care for 2 salary bands - exclusive to senior management and above only now Too many workers who aren't ethical when it comes to product/part traceability and take no pride in what is delivered - management only care about their own revenue targets

- Great 401K - Easy to take time off

Cons

- Pay is awful compared to others in similar positions - Lack of leadership and direction - Can’t keep good talent - Keep teams low in number in order to maximize profit per headcount to pay managers/exec’s more on bonuses which results in 60-70 hours of workload for employees
