Not what it used it used to be. Very poor management and leadership. High staff turnover. Avoid.

Reliable and respected products within various industries.

Cons

Management with little or no experience of the products they're responsible for. Poor bonus structure that makes no sense. No potential for career progression. No sales support. Very few internal people with the responsibility to make strategic decisions. Management unable to make strategic decisions. No forward thinking - The UK does not even commit to social media marketing. Living in the past! (see above) Out dated sales planning. Customers still use 10 year old business plans and trading conditions.

Pros

Decent Pay and referral bonuses are offered if you refer someone for an open position. A very Ethics and safety driven company.

Cons

Benefits are Bad, and Work Life Balance doesn't exist. Management does not seem to value employees unless they get a little brown on their nose.
