Pros

Pay is decent for the amount of waiting you typically do throughout the week. That's the only pro.

Cons

Horrible culture, assault and harassment throughout the shop floor, HR is of course rude and dismissive depending on who you are, they would rather you commit suicide on the job, or just quit and never come back rather than to come up with a solution to an issue. Females get preferential treatment especially those in management over those in lower level positions, regardless of their gender. They preach and purport that they have good culture and care about your well-being, but they enable and encourage a toxic and harassing work environment, while making excuses and rationalizations for people who underperform or just don't give a damn on the job, or people who cause problems not only in production but in encounters with other employees.. They just in stated a point system that counts against you retroactively for any time that you have missed within the entire last year, before they enstated it or warned anyone about it. Massive amount of turnover, too many problems within this company itself to list here..

Pros

Good product and technology. Stable process and good work life balance

Cons

Not good for long term career aspirants. Experienced and high salaried people are seen as burden, will be targeted with slow termination. Will be rated low or put in performance improvement program despite of high performance. Lower experience people will be hiried for the same position at lower package and they will go thorough the same slow termination cycle as their salary increases.

Pros

Eaton is an exceptional place to work from every perspective. There is no other company that cares for its employees the way Eaton does, setting it apart from others. The culture at Eaton, especially at the global level, is outstanding. It is a truly ethical company, not just on paper, but in practice at the ground level. Words alone cannot express how highly I regard Eaton—it truly feels like a second home to me.

Cons

Internal team politics, particularly at the ground level in India, have led to the misconception among a few individuals that Eaton's business operations are primarily dependent on their contributions. This perception is inaccurate. However, such issues can be addressed effectively by following the appropriate escalation procedures.
