      None really. Benefits are okay. Best thing was that when asked to move, they took care of everything but you have to move a lot

      Cons

      Lack of honesty, clear direction and support from management. Claims to be ethical but beyond the plant floor, I don't see it. Support staff are treated terribly (HR, Marketing, Finance, Accounting) and have to work excessive hours. I worked less at a Big 4 Consulting Firm.

      Pros

      There is nothing good here. Possibly the affordable cafeteria food.

      Cons

      The facilities are out dated. The bathrooms are very smelly with drainage issues yet they do nothing about it. Management is all white males and it seems like only white males get promotions. HR protects upper management even though many people leave due to mistreatment. Make employees take mandatory paid leaves while white management gets promotions and equity. Compensation and bonuses vary between areas of business.
