Career path, career support, guidance and tools to learn. If there is any one thing you want to do, Eaton will support it. Also, very supportive of personal life especially if you have a family emergency. Tons of opportunity.

Cons

You must be prepared to relocate if you want to move up in the company. 10 day vacation for first five years. Five day additional for every five years of tenure.
