Historically a good company to work for, with great collaboration, great CEO and great ethics. Good benefits.

Cons

Leadership direction has been changing and some fantastic leaders will be leaving soon, including CEO, with less motivating people waiting in the wings.

People that work there are good. Safety is over emphasized. Nice trail access along La River. Good Benefits

Cons

Its up to the supervisor, to make it or break it. All they are concerned is their bonus, Low ball you on salary, then make false promises that you will get promoted. I am quite disappointed, I joint last year and it took 6 months before I realized that there is no future here except for the people that are favored. Very Bias, low morale. in a matter of 10 months that I was there 90 people have left.
