Pros
Great stable company to work for. I was always happy to say I worked for Eaton corporation. I am still prode to say I worked for Eaton Corporation.
Cons
What I did not like was the way I was treated when I was let go. No warning at all. I was told HR was coming in and that was all. A paper was handed to me and I was treated and a Number only in that my number came up. They let go the two top Engineers causing the local office to drop profits over night. 15% 20% lost to the local office. Then I am thrown out as a number.
