The campus is great - there is a really nice cafeteria, fitness gym onsite and the benefits and pay (salary/bonus) are very competitive. A bonus is all of the really smart people that you will have a chance to learn from by working here.

Cons

Your experience may vary depending on who your manager is. If your manager is a bottom-feeder, then your advancement will need a boost, from either transferrring to another manager/position, or leaving the company. Also, how things get done is a bit political: if you have a good rapport with folks that are critical to your work, then you are golden....otherwise, expect to spend a lot of time babysitting your projects.
