      Pros

      The company has a lot of upside to it including: open, friendly, forward thinking, subsidized cafeteria, diverse, relationship based environment, and their willingness to change internal policies.

      Cons

      There are also some downsides to working for Edwards including: non-negotiable starting salaries for full-time engineering and a slowness to automate processes.
