Pros

The company has an excellent product line which has resulted in continuous growth and opportunity. They are a well managed company with competitive salaries and great benefits. Job openings in California, Utah and international locations.

Cons

With growth comes some of the typical growing pains. Not every new manager works out successfully. Sometimes feel overworked trying to keep up with the increasing demands of a growing company.
