Suitable for people who wants a routine job which doesn't require you to think much and want to just take instructions from the managers. Very systematic. Impressive product and effort to link up with patients who implants the heart valves manufactured by the company via patient visits to manufacturing plants.

Cons

Top down (often indecisive and not compassionate) management style. Plans and schedule not communicated well in advanced and employees are expected to comply and meet targets. Feels like high school all over again with numerous rules and ' do' s and don't '.
