Pros

Fast pace, innovate products. Company is growing at a fast rate. I have worked with many smart passionate people there. I have great respect and admiration for the CEO and works that he is doing.

Cons

Middle management is awful. If you are not connected by family relations, god child, you must be great at French kisses for any chance of advancement. I have seen many people got promoted because of connections and not of performances.

Cons

The company grew rather large in a short time frame. This can cause for some issues when attempting to implement new strategies or execution methods
