Pros

Edwards is willing to put in the time and money required to train employees in new areas. Everyone in my area is very friendly and willing to help each other.

Cons

I can't think of any major cons. They have a few minor negative tendencies just like most companies.

great company with great product. excellent employee stock purchase program and good overall benefits. i enjoyed the quarterly meetings.

Cons

my manager was a huge micro manager so that was my biggest complaint. i would have wished there was more mobility within the company.
