politics, top heavy company. Too much fat around in terms of the service...many are simply buying their time to retire from here. It affects the workplace.

The company has maintained a small company feel where relationships and contacts matter at times more than merit. Comparable if not better compensation when compared to similar companies in the area. The company has been performing extremely well financially other the past years, which has really made it a great place to work.
