Culture of innovation: There’s a strong focus on R&D and continuously improving patient outcomes. Engineers and product teams are encouraged to innovate. Great campus: The headquarters in Irvine is beautiful—modern offices, fitness center, healthy cafe, and green spaces. Good benefits: Competitive salary, bonuses, ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan), generous PTO, and solid healthcare coverage. Global exposure: For certain roles, you get to collaborate across regions and functions.
