      Pros

      Highly ethical company focused on doing the right things internally and in the community. Edwards has an inspirational mission that's integral, motivating and visible. Employees are proud of high quality products - all focus on doing the right thing for patients and making an impact in the community. You're surrounded by a lot of smart people who work well together.

      Cons

      It's hard to make progress due to bureaucratic systems and reluctance to change. Senior management, at times, seems disconnected from realities of daily operations.

      Pros

      Great collaborative environment, a lot of fairly young people, a lot of very friendly people, gorgeous campus (Irvine), and great University Relations program (for interns and new grads) to facilitate the younger ones meeting each other as well as to meet the leadership, on-campus facilities such as a subsidized cafeteria with good food, a gym, and volleyball and basketball courts. Good parking garage as well.
