      Working at Edwards was a great experience. Everyone, regardless of role or level, understands the mission.

      Pros

      culture - respectful, highly professional, a generally positive environment. People respect each other and it shows in the collaborate, collegial way in which people work together.

      Cons

      This company is very poor at encouraging a work life balance. I felt pressure to check emails and do work on the weekend. Deadlines are unrealistic. Conference calls would be made late at night.
