Company that looks good from the outside but once you're there, watch out.

Pros

Good Benefits, sometimes they allow you to work from home.

Cons

My experience at Edwards is that the company adheres strongly to old school, traditional methods, which can limit opportunities for any innovation. When employees suggest new ideas or improvements, they encounter significant resistance that can affect career advancement, including missed promotion opportunities and exclusion from key discussions. I observed that even when improvements are initially approved, they make the process of implement the ideas impossible, impacting performance evaluations. Additionally, requests for accommodations or discussions about disabilities that fall outside the standard procedures are not well received. I watched many loyal employees experience this rigid approach which created a high-pressure environment that ultimately encourage talented employees to seek opportunities elsewhere. They're masters at "pushing" employees out and making their work life miserable.
