These organizational shifts are intended to enable our long-term ability to positively impact more patients’ lives. Bonus starts at 15% with a multiplier added based on how critical milestones are achieved. The pay scale is based on pay raise and also an additonal increase determined by benchmarking salary that that industry pays A more mundane bonus is that we eat at a full scale restaurant style cafeteria that offers salads, Asian, Mexican, Italian, and Mediterranean dishes, where a meal is almost always $5 and change. We also have a soccer field. Volleyball court, basketball court,pickleballl courts

Cons

Recently we had a giant layoff of about 500 employees. Based kn the pay toject, RnD can be precarious to work at, but is the lifeblood of our innovative new projects
