The pay and benefits, paid week off at Christmas. Friendly co workers. Free scrubs.

Cons

Mandatory overtime, so up to 60 hours a week! Stand around constantly waiting for work, so then your behind . It's a waste of time.

If you don't care about advancement it's a great place to work.

Cons

Starting new workers at a full dollar an hour more than the highest paid assembler in the department. The highest paid at the time was me. I know that it's hard to find people who want to work, but screwing the current workforce is not the way to do it. I couldn't get out fast enough.

Amazing Campus - on campus doctor's office, gyms, volleyball, basketball, dry cleaning, etc Inspirational Leadership - Mike Intelligent Co-workers - Most have PhDs, MBAs, RNs etc. Patient-Focused Culture - Patient day and videos to hear and see real patient stories

Cons

Work-Life Balance can be challenging Relationship-based culture, may be tough for introverts
