Pros

The overall company culture is positive, with strong top leadership. Pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

My role was in the HR department, and there was a lot of turnover there. It was pretty bureacratic, slow-moving, and a lot of time seemed to be spent on creating PowerPoints for frequent meetings. My supervisor also wasn't very accessible.For me personally, it felt like there was more talking the talk of being a good company and good for employees but not as much walking the walk. My job was drastically changed and moved to a different ream just a year in, and I was expected to adapt. I chose to leave.

Good but Not Great

Glitzy campus, just a handful of good people, good for a quick dip in and dip out

Cons

Terrible politics, poorly managed company-wide budget, squeezes employees dry of life, barely pays top talent, knowingly sets employees up for failure, those who have been there for decades (>50%) are smart enough to work the system and not do any meaningful work but not smart enough to bring positive change, these folks see problems growing over decades and are so jaded to do anything about it Not surprised by the exodus taking place
