Innovative, they spend 19% of their annual budget on R&D, lots of welcome gifts for staff (and after employment) Headquarters is very "google-like", leader in the heart valve industry, their products are often market share with their accounts, procedural training for TMTT division is very cutting edge

Cons

Leadership turnover seems to be common-currently hiring their 3rd VP in 2 years, not enough research goes into pricing/reimbursement when products are launched-places that reimburse less for products may not be able to make quota and end up having to repay their bonuses
