None any more. Its a joke how some leaders lack maturity and basic manners

Cons

This company has become a joke. They have hired terrible leaders who are ruining the positive culture. Employees are treated like mere numbers, and staff are being overworked without any extra pay. The level of disrespect and lack of care from some leaders is shocking. They expect one person to do the work of three, essentially turning staff into slaves. Our team members are stretched to their limits without any additional compensation.
