Pros
It's a wonderful place to work. Beautiful campus, great people, and lots of new initiatives. The executive team seems really dedicated to accomplishing as much as possible on the strategic plan.
Cons
The challenge here is that there is not as much of a focus or allocated resources for professional development. Look across the admissions office and other departments on campus and ask how many conferences or classes they were given assistance with to increase professional development of their employees. It's a challenge to grow and develop.
