good vacation and sick day benefits access to theater tickets for free

Cons

toxic work environment workplace bullying rampant too much work, never any compensation or more hiring for what you do no chance for advancement unless you're in the "in" crowd

Good 401k match and life insurance coverage

Cons

Raises (2% pool) fall short of inflation, extremely bureaucratic, want staff on campus 5 days a week 8-5 in addition to night and weekend events leading to burnout. Small staff in most areas so everyone is overburdened. Declining enrollment.
