      The company offers many social and financial benefits. It is secure place to work. The company stimulates personal development and rewards achievements.

      Cons

      Depending on the position and the manager the stress level and work load varies. The company does not follow the inflation rate and if the employee does its job as expected, the salary does not change. Meeting the job expectations only is not enough to rise, wich is part of the employee development strategy.

      Pros

      Very young, motivated and professional team. Great boss! Learned a lot during my internship and had a lot of responsibilities. best internship you can wish for!

      Cons

      It's difficult to work with different departments of Telekom Austria as the company culture is quite different and not as you and dynamic as in the M2M department.
