Good people, but need training.

Comments are specific to the Houston office: Lack of work processes and quality system prevent personnel from successfully performing their jobs. Little to no oversight exists and management fails to acknowledge or own the problems. For example, when a former director tried to establish a PMO to resolve problems with a large international project, he was let go from his position. Employee turnover is high, especially within the PM ranks - mostly driven by dissatisfaction with upper management's failure to act.
