scandalous and unprofessional behavior - Order Picker ALSO Group Employee Review

During my time at this company, I experienced behavior from one of my team leaders that crossed my personal boundaries. This included inappropriate physical contact and suggestive comments that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Soon after reporting the issue to HR and attempting to resolve it, I was fired for poor performance, which was surprising to me as I had not previously had negative feedback on my performance. The way the company handled this matter left me feeling unfair and unsupported in a difficult situation.
