Pros

A few decent coworkers who tried to maintain professionalism. The work itself had potential to be rewarding if the environment were safe.

Cons

Working here was one of the most exhausting and demoralizing experiences of my career. The so-called “people advocates” are anything but. Instead of supporting employees or holding anyone accountable, they bend over backwards to protect their favorites — no matter how badly they behave. If you’re expecting fairness, transparency, or even basic professionalism, prepare to be disappointed. Management treats legitimate complaints like inconveniences and sweeps problems under the rug to “save face” and keep certain individuals safe in their roles. Meanwhile, the people actually doing the work are left dealing with the fallout. The culture is toxic, trust is nonexistent, and the message is clear: as long as you’re in the right clique, you can get away with anything.
