Pros
Flexibility in working environment, and ample amount of chances to grow inside organization. No major restrictions on leaves etc. Open door management policy.
Cons
Not very competitive salary. Salary is not reflective of your experience in organization. But rather is linked to the profile so tightly that its get harder as you move towards the tip of the organization chart. You don't move up fast and thus salary also gets stuck.
