      good system,Over seas training,Salary,Good culture in Bangalore office,Good environment in Bangalore office

      Cons

      Too much of politics in plant,Overseas opportunity is always biased ,Different treatment between Indians and French people,It is very tough to apply for overseas position even though it is been encouraged officially.Your local boss never encourage.
