      Pros

      Great place to learn and build upon a career. Nice environment which is relatively stress-free. Friendly people all around, good information sharing.

      Cons

      Uncertainty and confusion in the future direction of the company. Benefits and compensation are not very competitive. Lack of communication from top management.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
